QDGS（Quality Data Gathering System）is data gathering system for both L1 and L2 data such as the PDI, producing real time data. The instruments signals are also gathered such as the pyrometer data, gauge-meter data, width-gauger data and the manual intervention data. All these data is sent to the AI-Factory Data platform
QDGS saves the data on the local disk for one week and create real time curves, history data report, report printing, quality assessment.
